We have two kinds of events. Our group hosts conversational outings for native, intermediate and advanced Swedish speakers. We also hold study sessions for beginners will be able to study, do vocabulary review and so on in an unstructured, but social manner. This group used to be pan-Scandinavian, but has converted into a Swedish only group--new groups were created for the other languages.

Welcome beginners and more experienced alike! For enthusiasts of Norwegian folk music and dance in the Baltimore-Washington-Frederick area. Our monthly Norwegian-style house parties have tasty potlucks, friendly company, and lively dancing. We share moves and sometimes have informal classes.
